I have applied non SDS from Kazakhstan on 4th may, biometric done 5th may and haven’t received any updates since then. It’s already been over 2 months. My study starts on 6th September. What are the chances that I will get my study permit in time?

Processing averages 12 weeks so you may get a response in august.

I applied in March from South America and after 18 weeks, my application is still being processed and I have not received a decision from IRCC.
