When I the time I get ITA, I might have been working for 11 months.
Let's say I will submit it after I work for 12 months (1 year), 1 month later after ITA. (EE)
Will I get rejected due to when ITA happens but not fully qualified?
It's safer to accept ITA only after you have gotten the minimum requirements.
What is your CRS? I would suggest you reject the ITA and wait for the next round if you have not gotten you one year of experience. Better to be on the safe side than to apply and wait for many months only to be rejected for not having the minimum requirements.

I will be 452 at the beginning of March. But I started working last year the end of Apr. So that means by the end of Apr, 2016, should be 365 days for me.
I advise you to reject this ITA and return to the pool. Once you complete one full year of work, you can accept the ITA when you get the invite. It is the best way to go about this process, and the only way you are not guaranteed a rejection.
Saw this discussion after applying for almost 5 months.
I come under FSW Inland and working for the same employer from the last 2.4 years.
I was about to complete 2 years on 13th Oct 2015 but I received ITA on 8th Sept(1 month and 5 days ahead) and this ITA had points included for the 2 years.
I applied for PR and received AOR on 6th Oct.
