I am an international student , I did 2 semesters in college and in third semester I failed all subjects as I was not able to make up for the exams. The third semester was offered by college only after 8 months, so I decided to change my program. So I took another two subjects as part time studies and studied for the 2nd semester for the program I intent to change. Then I had a summer break and my regular third semester of the new program starts from September after the summer vacation. I will be graduated in April.
Am I eligible for the work permit according to the new international student rules in canada?
