I got admission into lambton college for May 2020 program and I applied for visa(still processing). After applying for visa i got another admission for masters for Jan 2020. If i get my visa i plan on traveling January for the master but what i am worried about is that after going through lambton college refund policy it states that i can only be refunded if the program i am going for have the same semester start date with my current lambton program.
For students transferring to another institution, refunds will be processed only if attending an approved Designated Learning Institute for the same semester as accepted to attend at Lambton College. Additionally, the program level of study must be the same or higher than the one accepted to attend at Lambton College (for example, post-graduate to post-graduate, or undergraduate to post-graduate).
The following documents must be presented in person to the correct study location:
a valid letter of acceptance to another institution indicating start date and level of study

1. Pretty much black and white, your Masters doesn't have the same start date as your course at Lambton, so, probably no refund. It wouldn't hurt to try.

Thank you. I will try contacting them because i think the reason the require the same semester start date is to avoid student not going to school and working with their student visa but since i will be starting school earlier i hope they consider my refund
