I am planning to apply for Canadian pr but unfortunately few days ago I was caught for drinking in public . So a FIR was registered for drinking in public and under section 510 IPC Misconduct in public by a drunken person . Both the offences arise from a single incident . I accepted my crime and I was fined for 1010 rs in court no punishment . Will I be inadmissible for Canada for this petty crime please help I'm from India .
 
Just make sure according to Canadian law is it considered a crime or not because they always compared crimes with their law book.
