I wanted to jump into the field of electronics and do have all the basic knowledge of the same.
I have done my Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Applications from India, but I now want to do Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Canada.
I also have a 1 year experience in the field of Industrial Automation which does require a fair bit of knowledge of electronics.
Is there a possibility that I will get into any of the universities, or will they outright reject me for not doing a bachelor's in electronics?
You can always apply. Generally you are not required to have done your bachelor's in the exact same field. Since you already have a master's you should be prepared to explain on your study permit application why getting another one in Canada will improve your career prospects back home.

I see, thank you.
Yes, I am prepared to explain why I am getting another masters as I am genuinely limited by the electronic designs used by other products and have no choice but to rely on them. Hence, the electronics masters, so that I can design my own products in the field of Industrial Automation along with a few additional technologies, such as going full wireless.
I have yet to apply for universities, so I am yet to apply for a Study Permit, however, this explanation, is it done verbally through an interview or via written correspondence?
