Will CRS points be re-evaluated once COPR has been issued and update marital status before landing? or just assessment of spouse documents will be done. How long does it takes to reissue COPR to add spouse ( non accompanying)

I don think anything popular happen.. even if you add spouse... you would have to sponsor her now... which is pain in process..
