will count my Work Experience as College assitant Professor for FSW

Currently i am working as Assistant Professor in a college for 4 years..I would like to apply for Canada PR through FSW program.. Can I count my work as a college Assistant Professor toward the work experience requirement through NOC 4011 or 4012

If my experience certificate from my college with the designation of College Assistant Professor, can i apply to NOC 4021?
Should the designation title same as NOC title like College Lecturer for applying this NOC
