Will CIC honor the application with the payment receipt from their website?

Hi, my wife sent her out land spousal sponsorship application for me on March 15, 2018, after 5 weeks CIC acknowledged the receipt of the payment without mentioning her application. She paid on CIC website that produce a printable receipt. She send that receipt with her application because she knew that CIC will not accept the application if it is not paid. Now in the acknowledgement receipt of the payment of the CIC, it said that she can use it for the application. But as I mention above, she already sent the application with the receipt from their website. Does anybody know the telephone number of the CIC processing center in Mississauga Ontario. Pls. help us to know if they will honor my wife application that she already sent with the receipt from CIC website. Thank you in advance.

The receipt is fine. You don't need to call IRCC.

I just received a message from my wife, she said they return our application because it is not complete and the application form that we used is not new or the latest. My wife will complete and resend her sponsorship application for me. I have another questions, I hope you can help us.
1. Where can my wife find the new & latest application form?
2. How many police clearance do I need? I already have FBI clearance because I live in US. Do I need another police clearance from the town where I live?
3. Our children are already adult and they are Canadian citizen. Are they still considered dependent? They aged 27, 28, & 32 years old. Because my wife said the IRCC need their signature.

The principal applicant and each family member 18 or older (who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents), must submit police certificates from the following country or countries with the application:

• Current country of residence if you (or they) have lived there for six months or more.
  and
• The country where you (or they) resided for most of your (or their) life since the age of 18.

3. No, your children are not dependents and do not sign anything.

My question is, as the principal applicant do I have put the names of my Canadian citizen children who are already adult in my application form? They aged 32, 27 & 26 years old and are all living Canada.
