Will I be allowed to enter?
I have been approved with a worker visa W-1 last May 2017. I was about to leave for canada when last minute changes by my employer were made and I was moved to start at a later schedule (11 months later). Now I do not know when's the ideal time to enter canada without difficulty especially from the border officers.
As I've read, a work PERMIT is different from a worker VISA. A work permit is only issued by the border officer at the point of entry. Will I still be issued my work permit if I arrive 15 days before my worker visa expires (May 2018) or should I arrive earlier.. let's say 30 days before my worker VISA expires?
