Wife's PR under process, sponsor got citizenship

Hello everyone,

My wife's application is in the final stages (got re-medicals two months back) and we are hopeful she will get it this month and in the mean while I just got my Canadian citizenship I just wanted to check if she has to notify her visa office - I am sure only changes to the applicant needs to notified but thought I will check
