Wife just got PR leaving in 30 days no pr card

My wife just came to visit me. Shes going back for 1 more year to finish her university degree in dubai.

Her PR entry was valid to enter 1 time. Now she needs a PR card. Which will be mailed some say in 90 days?

Any way to get this to come faster? As she is leaving in 30 days back for September school.



Also, there is a 6 month rule she has to come back every 6 months? Cuz in april she will move here forever so she will for sure make the 3 out of 5 year requirement. So does the 6 month thing really matter? Please help us.

There is no way to get the PR card faster. You can mail it to her when it arrives.

There is no 6 month rule and the PR Residency Obligation is 2 out of 5 years.
