Interesting. Let me offer a few steps (you might have tried them already but just in case) -
1. Make sure you have the ECA entered correctly.
2. Make sure the degree (or its equivalent) was chosen correctly.
3. Wait for 24 hours since your last update.
If the above haven't helped, then maybe try recreating the entire EE profile? That might be a drastic move, though. I invite others with similar experiences to stop by and offer their input. Best wishes to you.

Yep, that's crucial. I say wait for at least 24 hours. Speaking from personal experience (not exactly the same scenario but it has taken me around 24 hours during the weekdays for CIC profile/score updates). Please do keep us updated so that others can benefit. I have a feeling your scores will update soon. Sending you good vibes.

Here are some steps -
Go to Spouse's sections
Go to Spouse education section
Delete prior info and re-enter info (make sure ECA is accurate, again)
Click save and continue
Wait for 24 hours
If this still does not work, then I am at a loss. I wish you all the best.

Same issue... While calculating under CRS calculator it shows 9 point (For 2 or more certificates, degree or diploma) - but when I created profile it is only taking 8 points.... Any one knows why?
