Hi Guys,

Please help. My brother came to Canada as a student. Completed his studies and now working on post study work permit. He got married last year but could not get a TRV for his wife. Can't a person working in canada bring his spouse to Canada? He has filed for his PR at Buffalo as well but doesn't know how long will it take?

Please advise what to do?
