I have obtained PhD degree from a Canadian university in a three academic year program.
However, for the EE score in the CIC online system, why I am not awarded the 30 points for "CRS-Canadian education"?
Do I need to provide some document for this 30 points?

You've answered a question incorrectly somewhere in your Express Entry profile. I would recommend you re-review the questions related to education to find the error.
I have found that for the question related to "more than half of the course were in English or French as a second language", previous I chose "yes".
Now I have changed into "no" for this question.
But the score has not changed even after almost 48 hours.
How many hours do people usually wait for the updated score?
