Why my application has been sent directly ti Canada

I am Iranian who lives in South Korea and have applied fro study permit 9 weeks ago, applications from Korea all being processed in Philippines and they took 2 weeks, however mine took 9 weeks and still no updates and when I asked them they said my application has not been sent to Manila and it has been sent directly to Canada.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

I can't give you an answer, but this does not affect your application in any way. You will judged the same in Manila or Canada.
