I want to apply for Express Entry under the Federal Skilled Workers program. I went to the "Find out if you're eligible to apply" page and entered all my info, and it's telling me I'm not eligible. But as far as I can tell, my score should be 70 and the cutoff point is 67.

My calculation is:
IELTS score: 24
TCF-Canada score: 4
PhD: 25
Age (41): 6
3 years work experience: 11

This makes 70 points. Why would the site be saying I'm not eligible?

slightly increase the funds than the value mentiond on IRCC website

Just check all your answers. 1 year continuous experience has to be in your primary NOC. Is your PhD from Canada or outside?

Hey , did you find the reason? I am kinda in a similar boat and I think the tool for some reason doesn't count tcf canada for giving second language points ( Tried changing TCF to TEF keeping CLB same and it showed eligible). Just want to know if it happened with someone else too.

What did you list for POF?
