My family first landed in Montreal on Jan. 30th, 2016.
My kid's PR card arrived after 60 days (March, 30th) . But My wife and my card still have not received.
As it takes nearly 90 days so far, so I called cio office and the agent told me my case still in process(don't need to change the photo) and ask me to wait for another 6 weeks. If I still have not received the PR card at that time, then I can recall them again.
Who can tell me what's the problem?
Can I check my PR card status on line?
How to to next?

now my problem is that I have to fly back to my home country (India) on May 2nd....
i booked my flight to travel to India for May 2nd hoping by then I would have received the card as per the processing time (56 days) on CIC website... back when i booked my flight it was 47 days... so i gave myself a good 90 days buffer... now my flight date is on my head and no card...
I have called CIC once every week for the past 3 weeks and all i get to hear from them is that there has been some error at the production department and I should receive my card by second week of May... how much of that will actually happen, no one knows... unfortunately the second week of May is not good enough...
i think applying PR Travel Document from my home country is my only option...

Is that a good option? My husband is in the same situation because he needs to leave soon but no PR card. Will the US embassy issue a visa without a PR card??
