Whom to address bank certification letter??

Hello,
Friends I have applied for the current bank certification letter in order to show my funds for FSWP.Meanwhile the bank is asking about whom to address it?

To,??? ( What to write?) or they simply start with " To whom it may concern "

with " To whom it may concern " i believe it would be fine.

make sure , bank issue on their letter head and mention below

1. latest balance.
2. Your account info
3. Your address
4. Since when your account is with the bank.
