Who needs to submit photos?

I need some clarification on my spousal sponsorship photo requirements. I am Canadian sponsoring my partner. We have 2 children together who are Canadian citizens too. In the application for his sponsorship it requires 2 photos for each of the accompanying family members and well as the principal applicant. Does that mean that I (the sponsor) and our two children need to submit photos as well even if we are already Canadian citizens?

No, you aren't accompanying him - you three are already Canadian. You just need to submit his picture.
