Can I become eligible to apply for PR under FSWP (Federal skilled worker program) after 1 year of continuous work experience working with a US-based company in a remote tech support (NOC B) job, while I am on my PGWP (post-graduate work permit) ?
So would you advise me to apply under FSWP instead of CEC?

This will not count as Canadian work experience. So you will not be able to apply under CEC.

Yes, you can use this as foreign work experience towards FSW.
