Which Visa Office (to be selected in Web Form) for SDS Study Permit applicant from Mumbai

I want to submit a webform for Study Permit exceeding normal processing time for my application. I lodged my file from Mumbai, but do not see Mumbai VO. What option should I select, if you could please guide. Thanks

Select the Case processing office in Delhi

There is no VO in Mumbai

There is no VO in Mumbai

Thanks for your response, there are three VO's in India : Delhi, Chandigarh and Bangalore.
I applied from Mumbai, so I should select Delhi or Bangalore ?
