Hi,
I am a new member here and need some information. I am already doing a government job (for 7 years as Data Entry Clerk) in my country and has done MPhil (18 years of education). I want to settle with my family in Canada. What are the possible options for me. Immigration, Admission in Master's Program or PhD Program, Work Visa, Express entry etc.
Thanks

You need to research Express Entry (age, education, work experience, language and funds) and see if eligible after complete ECA for education and language tests. Work permit not an option unless you have a job offer with LMIA as employer needs to prove that no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you.
If studying, you need to research Phd and Masters programs and gain admission, and then apply for a study permit. Studying in Canada doesn’t guarantee PR or that your family will be approved to come with you.
