I would like to pursue my PhD in one of these unis.
How good these universities are?? Can I get fund/scholarship?
What about part time jobs?? by doing a part time job, could it possible to earn the money which I need for my cost of living??
Is it legally permitted to work off-campus?? Plz help me.

1. i do not know much about funds/scholarships so unfortunately i can't help with that
2. yes you can work partime for 20 hours per week ON campus, but to work off campus i beileve you have to be a full time student at the university for atleast 6 months before you can apply to work off campus, again you are restricted to just 20 hours per week but can work upto 40 when on term holidays/breaks
3. depending on what kind of job you do when you get there you might be able to earn just about enough to support yourself. but then again before you are granted a visa you will need to show the VO that you have enough funds to support yourself in Canada.

Both universities are good but it depends on ur field.
Scholarship depends on ur Academics
You can't work outside campus for 6 months + 45 days ( time required for the approval of PGWP)
