I know that the information I'm asking for is out there but it is really confusing.
If I want to sponsor my parents and I'm living in Quebec, what are the steps exactly?
1) Apply for the interest that will open on October (13th)
2) If I get selected, I should apply for the CSQ via Quebec sponsorship Kit B.
3) If I get the CSQ for my parent, I should now apply for their PR
OR
1) Apply for the interest that will open on October (13th).
2) If I get selected, I should apply for the federal sponsorship application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
3) If I meet federal requirements, and they E-mail me back stating that, I should now apply for the CSQ via Quebec sponsorship Kit B.
4) If I get the CSQ for my parent, I should now apply for their PR.
Also one more question, I amp planning to change my address in January as I have to leave my current apartment. Do I write the interest with my current address and then in January, let's say that this is the PR application time in case all goes well, I can change my address in the application? Or I have to inform them first that I have changed my address?
