which OWP form to use with spousal sponsorship inland?

Hi all,

Does anyone know which work permit form needs to be filed when sending the OWP in with the spousal application.
There are so many of them , from what I see it would be the International Mobility Program.

Is this correct? any advice out there?

so is it true that the PR application goes first then the OWP later on, according to the consultant I talked to she said when we apply the OWP we will include a letter that we already file the PR application and it get sent to the different address?

The instruction is clear:
Complete a permanent residence application and an open work permit applications, include the appropriate fees, and submit both simultaneously to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga.

And be aware, if your consultant didn't know something that is easy as pie, she could have messed up bigger things as well.

Hi

I'm newbie here and we sent our spousal sponsorship application in the Mississauga office for my wife together with the OWP application. I wonder during the processing if my wife can cross the border for a weekend get-away. Will there be any issue if she cames back?
