I can apply either PNP Alberta employers driven or CEC Canada experience class does anyone know which is faster

Yes you can , for sure, but you will need to pay twice and have two full sets of papers for the applications

thank you maza for quick repply, i applied CEC aug 23, 2013 but im bit worried for my application because i have only 1 year skilled experience . when im arrive here in canada last feb 2012 my work permit is skilled, after 1 yr when my employer renew my contract he put me in low skilled work.. >:(
