Which is better, Advance diploma or Graduate certificate

Which is better, Advance diploma or Graduate certificate and what are their levels in term of study. Are these both credentials fall under post-graduation. Please share your views on it.

and what to do if graduate certificate is not available for my stream?

i did BSC chemistry.

relevant courses: chemical lab technician(2year diploma)
or
chemical laboratory technology(1 year fast track ADVANCED diploma) which has requirements of a BSC with chemistry degree.


Help please,what should I do?
