Hi All, I am almost ready to submit my EE and start the process (ECA & IELTS done).
In preparation of the documents to be submitted, I had a question which I am unable to find answer for in this forum.
If I have 6 years of work experience (3 years in India and later 3 years in USA), do I need to get work experience letter for both or can it be only for the latest?
Sorry to open an old thread, but I have a CLB 9 and Master's degree (ECA evaluated) - Only reason I am asking is because the employer is in India and is being difficult to give an experience letter. The one in US (3+ years of experience) will be a breeze.

That being so, what DelPiero07 is trying to say is that you need assess what YOU need under the FSW grid to score the 67 points to be eligible as a Federal Skilled Worker. 3 years of work experience will get you 11 points while 6 years will give you 15 points.
So if you score 67 points or more with just 3 years of experience, good for you! If not, you will have to suffer interacting with your Indian employer.
Thank you DelPiero07 and skape7. This is helpful. I am scoring 70 points with just 3 yrs of experience. Does it matter how high the FSW score should be beyond the required 67? (Doesn't CRS award you just for 1 year, 2 year and 3+ years?). Thank you.
I have worked as a junior engineer before getting a license to become full fledged engineer.
Duties in the senior colleague's reference letter are as per NOC but as trainee we normally assist seniors .
The NOC illustrative examples have this rank -junior engineer
Also, this training was done after graduation.
Questions-
Is it ok if the job duties are 70 percent similar but each duty has 'to assist' because as trainee we normally assist .
