How to know that our file has been submitted for processing into which high commission office ?

From where I can check that my file is processing at which office like Edmonton or Ottawa or Delhi Or chandigarh ?

Actually I applied for study permit on 30th August 2019 and my biometric updated on 2nd September and medical passed updated on 9th September then on 17th september I received biometric correspondence letter but no decision till now so I am worried

Thats not that long, it can sometimes take months but its usually quick after medicals pass. Knowing the visa office doesn't really help you in this case.

I am just worried whether they'll going to approve or reject because I have heard from people if they want to refuse they refuse along with biometric correspondence letter and they also approve along with biometric correspondence letter but in my case its different
