Want to know about the ECA case that whicu agency suitable for me

I have done 2 years bcom and then did MBA in marketing 3.5 years.

Now depending upon the above case what you guys suggest should i go with WES? Would they consider my masters as actually canadian master equalent? I read any many forums that WES is so rigid and they actually consider masters as bachelor in many cases

CES is not an option as they have clearly mentioned that they will not evaluate degree from my university

Also if there is any one here who have case same as mine please share your thoughts.
