My wife will reapply for study permit. I will not apply with her, i will stay in my country.
I transfer money from my bank account to her bank account and make a gift deed on alA4 white paper and signed by i , she and lawyer.
Now i will to make a document from me and her father to financial support her in canada.
I found a lot of documents like :Affidavit of Financial Support,Affidavit of Sponsorship,Sponsor Declaration Letter and more
Which one i will use? And it must signed by lawyer?or it will writen on White paper only? What is tge recommended attached with it?(HR,bank statement ,assets,...etc)
