Which credential is higher... post bacc diploma or undergrad degree?

Hi everyone! I have a question regarding WES.
I completed my Post Bacc Diploma from Kwantlen Polytechnic university Canada.
My question is which credential is higher post bacc diploma or undergraduate degree?
If post bacc diploma is higher then my guess is I don’t need to assess my undergrad degree (I completed from Pakistan) through WES.
please let me know whether I should go for Wes or apply for express entry on the basis of my post bacc diploma if it’s higher?

Post bacc diploma is higher than under grad degree because you can only enroll in those programs if you have an undergraduate degree

If ur undergrad degree is for more than 3 years do wes it,because u will get points
Post grad will always give u points for 2 year diploma in canada
