My PR application is approved and I am planning to migrate in Sep 2018. I want to get my parents and in laws visa (temporary visa, visitor or super). I am not sure about the category and have below queries.
Which visa type to select
Can I provide invite letter to parents if I am not yet staying in Canada (I think I will not be able to , want to clarify)
I have not yet planned travel dates for parents and in laws, in this scenario which documents I should provide as supporting for travel document proof
How much time it will take to process the application

Visitor visa in the only option right now. You must be working in Canada and earning enough income to meet the low income requirement before they will be able to apply for a super visa.
No - you can't provide an invitation letter if you're not in Canada.
Processing can take anywhere from a few days to several months.
