I would like to pursue Meng in Electrical and computer engineering. I would like to know the order of preferences in terms of job opportunities both part time and full time for the following colleges.

UOttawa
Ryerson University

There are many more things to consider. Whether you speak French especially for part-time jobs. The cost of living. Toronto is the most expensive followed by Ottawa. Montreal will be slightly more expensive than Windsor. In terms of jobs it is very tough to say because it will depend on your area of expertise. Windsor has the least opportunities.
