Today I went to famous bank Citibank to get DD for Singapore PCC in SIngapore dollors..to my surprise they told they only issue DD in UDS, Euro and GB Pounds.
I am stranded now....
Please let me know which bank can issue DD in SIngapore dollards in INDIA.

Sorry didn't realize that you inquiry about the PCC rather than the Immigration fees. Contact the Singapore consulate ask if they know a bank that will issue one. Or I guess that you will have phone around.
