whether the idp and British council keep the record of student after 2 years

Hi guys I don't know who can answer this question or whether this is a right place to ask this question but I have doubt whether this idp or the British council keep the record of candidate how much he had scored last time etc after 2 yrs also for comparision etc
Hope any body can help me in clearing this doubt thankyou in advance.
