Where to upload Same Name Affidavit if at all I need it?!

Hello,

I got my ITA recently. My lastname is 'Sawkoor' but in my previous passport it was 'Sowkoor'. I got a job in Oman with my old passport so my PCC from Oman shows my last name as 'Sowkoor'. All my other documents mention it correctly.

I will be mentioning this in my LOE, but do I need to provide an affidavit of same person for this reason.? If so, where do I upload it?

Also, should I say yes when asked if I have used any other name sin the past? While creating the EE profile I had mentioned 'No' to this question.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should combine the affidavit with your letter of explanation in a single PDF in that section.

I'm not sure about answering the question ..but IMO you are correcting a typo/mistake and it wasn't an intentional name change.
