Where to upload LOE and what’s the format?

Hello everyone, I need to write an LOE , but where do I upload it? And what’s the format

You've already applied, right? Then go to https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx. After you fill the correct information and going to the next page, you'll be able to upload you LOE.

Formats:

• Files must be 2 MB or smaller. If you include multiple files, the total size must be 3.5 MB or smaller.
• We only accept files in PDF, JPEG, TIFF, DOC, or DOCX formats.
