where to submit the medical result and passport???

I am the principal applicant through old CEC, and I am living in Canada. But my wife is living in China. Now we got Medical Request. I will do my medical exam in Canada and submit it directly from inside Canada, and in future I will submit my passport from inside Canada as well, so there is no problem for me. But my wife is living in China, I am confused where should she submit her medical result (and passport in the following step)? Submit the medical result and passport to the embassy of Canada in China, or mail them to me and then I mail them to CIC?

I am really worried about this problem. I would be very grateful if you could help me. Thank you very much!
