where to submit passport for visitor's visa in USA

I got reply from Canadian consulate asking my passport but not sure where to send.... shd I send to NY or Los Angeles... in forums I read that NY take more time than LA.... pls suggests ???

You should submit to the Consulate from where you got the request. If you have a choice then submit to NY.
