Where to send spousal sponsor application & open work permit app?

I am a natural born canadian and am sponsoring my ukrainian wife...

The package is ready, and i was told the following, can anyone confirm?

The entire package is to be sent to:
CPC Vegreville, Permanent Residence Applictions, 6212-55th Avenue Vegreville, AB, T9C 1W3

Inside the package i also include the Open work permit application (application to change conditions etc) and i should put a cover letter on it directing it to:
6212-55th Avenue- Unit 777, Vegreville, AB T9C 1X6


I was told that its sufficient to send the whole thing to the first address, with each application (Application to sponsor, General Application to Canada, Work Permit Application, etc) separated in a paperclip package and all included inside the express envelope.

Would that be correct?

I reside in Edmonton, Alberta.

also, she lives with me in canada, i got her a 10 year supervisa visitors visa...

I am assuming you mean inland sponsorship because you said there is an OWP with it (outland does not carry an OWP).

All PR applications are sent to CPC-Mississauga : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp

Specifically, inland applications can be mailed to :
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4

Send the OWP with it. Don't forget your fee receipt ($1040 + $255).
