Hello, All
I am from Nigeria and just received a letter from IRCC requesting for the transmission of our passports (Myself, Spouse and two dependent children) for the issuance of the PR Visa. However, one of my dependent children is already in the Province (MB) in Canada.

Question: Where can she send her passport to since she is already in Canada studying? Does she need to send it to us here in Nigeria to be included in our package to the VAC center?

Please advise
