where to report an illegal alien?

hello everyone. i need your help guys, i dont know where to report this one. i think this is alarming. i know someone who is a filipino entered in canada using different name, cause she still have a pending case in the philippines. she is on bail and came here in canada using different name. i think she's teaching now in canada. she's a teacher in the philippines. i dont how she manage to escape the embassy in the phils and she even brought her son with her here in canada. i only know her real name but not the alyas she's using now.
