where to relocate to get PNP

Please I'm about to conclude my education in Canada. I need to know which province to relocate to in order to secure PNP fast. I study presently in Ontario and I know their PNP is not favourable especially for Post graduate students.

I have a friend there who receieved a nomination a few months ago. He received his nomination in under 8 weeks.

Most suprisingly; when he applied to the nominee program he had just received a 3 year extension on his study permit to pursue an Arts degree. The stream he applied to isn't supposed to be open to international students.

This tells me that Nova Scotia Nominee Officers are either desperate for applicants or they don't know their own criteria. Either way, this helps those of us who'd like quick entry to Canada.

By the way, they do offer an International Graduate Stream.
