Where to put Additional pages???

Hi guys,

When there is no sufficient space in the form, a separate sheet is needed for additional information. Now, can you plz tell me where to clip that separate sheet in the form, immediately after the sheet of relevant question or at the end of the form with necessary headings and with other details?

Personally I just attach it with a paperclip after all standard pages of that form.

For example for IMM5669 I would put it after the 4th page.

Agreed. Put it after each of the specific official form with a paper clip. On the actual form, just write something along the lines of, please see addition attached paper.

On each additional paper, write the document number and the question number being answered. To keep it organized, if there is more than one question on a particular form that requires more space, answer each question on a separate additional paper.

i did the same...I put it after each of the specific official form with a paper clip write your name,form number and number of the question that you are answering in each additional page
