Happy New Year everyone!!
Can we land at any city / airport ?
We booked our ticket back to CA.
Manila -Tokyo -Calgary.
I'm with my mom on TRV and kids as PR.
Please advise regarding 1st time immigrants for Canada. Can you land anywhere or is it a requirement to land in Toronto or Vancouver?
Thanks

I have never done this, but from what I understand, Calgary is an international airport. Any port of entry should be able to complete a landing. Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver are better known because they are larger hubs.

For family class, you can land at any port of entry. All international airports are ports of entry.
If you were a provincial nominee, you should land in, or as close as possible, to the province that sponsored you.
If you did not state an intention to live in Quebec, and you cannot provide proof of intending to live elsewhere, you will find life easier by not landing in Quebec.
