Where to get the credential assessment?

Dear all,

according to the changes that CIO will make after January 2012, applicants should provide foreign education credentials assessment, authenticated and given an equivalent value in Canada.

Is there any website where I can get more info about how to make this assessment?

Is there any international body that makes the assessment?

Please help.
