where to get PROOF OF ACCREDITATION for education certificates in INDIA?

I need information about proof of accreditation and especially people who had migrated from india should be able to answer easily with accuracy. I did bachelors from JNTU from hyderabad, India and where can I get accreditation?

PROOF OF ACCREDITATION : Please provide proof that your educational credentials are issued from accredited educational or training institutions. You must show that each institution is recognized by the authorities responsible for registering, accrediting, supervising and regulating such institutions in the country where your degree was issued. You may submit proof in the form of:
o A letter or certificate of accreditation from the accrediting authority in that country

iN iNDIA the universities are accredited by University Grants Commission and JNTU Hyderabad is state university and accredeted by UGC

UGC also publishes a book on accredited universities also and you can get a copy of same. CHC ND must be having a copy of same.

You do not require it, sometimes while processing the application Visa Officer requires it and then ask the applicant to supply copy of accreditation

From the replies I understand that we don't need any accreditation unless the visa officer requests? Please correct me if I am wrong .. but I want to get Proof of accreditation just to be on the safe side?

Can anyone tell me where can I get this stuff in india or more specific in Hyderabad, India for JNTU University and one more do I need it for 10 th and 12th standard bcoz those are issued by board of state government it self. If yes, where can I get it?
