where to apply red river or sheridan

my frns ielts score in l6, r 6, s 6 and writ 5... is he can apply for red river or not???? he is graduate in pharmacy.. where else he can apply..plzzz suggest/..

Those are their language requirements in terms of the IELTS according to their website:

IELTS - a minimum band of 6.5 in Reading, Listening, and Speaking, and a minimum of 6.0 in Writing

So the answer is no. He does not meet the language requirements there and wont be given a regular acceptance letter. He might be able to get a conditional acceptance letter if he arranges with the college.

Then, they can issue him 2 acceptance letters, one for language course, and the other for a regular full time study program after he finishes his English language program successfully.
